How can I pay for my order?

Invoices can be paid in the following way:

  • By Bank transfer

  • Direct deposit (by visiting a BBVA office/cashpoint)
  • Payment upon delivery, this entails an additional cost of minimum 3€+VAT or 3%+VAT, depending on the value of the merchandise

What is the return Policy?

By law you have the right to return the goods purchased, without indicating the reason, for most of the products within 14 days from the day you received the product.
To cancel a purchase during the 14-day decision period, send us an email to info@totaltechhead.com

The products must be returned in the same state in which they were received. Therefore, new products must be returned new, unused and complete.

What do I do if my order has not arrived?
